- In-home computer hookup: $50.00 (in-home fee waived)
- Wireless network setup: $50.00
- Printer setup/troubleshooting: $25.00
- Disassemble/clean (for laptops): $20.00
- Hardware installation: $20.00
Software
- Operating System installation: $80.00 (Windows only)
- Virus/Malware removal: $75.00
- Data back up/transfer: $45.00
- PC Tune up: $25.00
- Software installation: $15.00
All services are available in-home for an additional $50 fee. Limit to 30-mile radius.
Privacy
We understand the need for our clients privacy. PC Tech Repair Alternatives takes its clients' privacy very seriously. We will never access or disclose any data or information from our clients unless it is absolutely vital to fix the PC. Even in such situations, PCTRA will always ask for the client's permission before doing so. PCTRA will never give out any personal information to anyone. If PCTRA needs your personal information for any reason, we will explain exactly why we need it and what it is being use for. We strive to keep privacy and professionalism a top priority, and we encourage all our clients to bring their privacy concerns to our attention.
Mac Users
Unfortunately, at this time, PC Tech Repair Alternative does not offer support or repairs for Macs. We will update this page to reflect any changes to this policy. Our deepest apologies!
